This well is from the 1920s.  In many cases they simply are not going to work because they have collapsed.  Occationally they can be internally sleeved with 4 or 6 inch PVC with small horizontal saw slits below water line to make a well that will work.  Lots of homework to do, feel free to send us some photos and give us a call.  We got tricks up our sleeve.
