This option reduces pumping effort to a third. It is approximately 48" long and produces a 10" stroke that the pump head is designed for. Additional materials are required for installation.
PUMP LEVER
It's laminated aluminum design uses a solid 3/8" Stainless Steel shoulder bolt and 1/2" steel hanger bolt as its central pivot point. The lever assembly slips onto 3/4" galvanized steel pipe via the aluminum cap on the hanger bolt and secured in place with a set screw. The threads in the cap allow some vertical adjustment. The eyebolt in the tip rides on a nylon bushing and connects directly to the pump rod coming out of the top of the pump head.
User supplies 3/4" galvanized steel pipe (usually 5ft) and one or two bags of premix concrete to create the pivot post that the pump lever screws onto.
